Saturday was a perfect day in the neighborhood! Going for a walk and meeting some great folks, I was able to see some beautiful gardens, celebrations for new graduates, and enjoy another beautiful day in North Royalton. I’ll likely be on your street sometime, meeting many more of our Ward 1 neighbors. Also stopped to see the former Albion Elementary school lot, and thinking about the developer submitting plans to build a proposed 29-lot single family cluster subdivision.
Until there is a clear picture of how putting that many houses on that lot affects residents and property downstream, the Planning Commission should consider carefully what’s being presented. The Planning Commission meets Wednesday, 11 June, and is an opportunity for Ward 1 residents to be heard on this important planning discussion. See New Business, PC25-19 for additional details.
