I’ve had the pleasure of getting brisket on special from Butch’s, and it’s an honor to have such great barbecue right here in Ward 1. Butch started out with a food truck and smoker trailer parked in front of the Crystal Keg at the corner of Sprague and York, and it was great news when he moved into the current place at 10009 West 130th Street.
