Planning for Spring projects

A resident sent me a message asking about permits for a possible construction project – neither of us was clear on what was needed, so I encouraged contacting the Building Department (440) 582-3000 and getting guidance. Not only will residents receive guidance and directions on necessary permits, the city also maintains a list of bonded contractors with whom residents may engage for quotes on work. The Building Department is located at 11545 Royalton Road and is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also call (440) 582-3000.
