“Romano’s on Ridge.” It’s easy to remember when I’m thinking about shopping local and looking for something to grill for dinner. Summer is all about grilling, and we really enjoy cooking outside, whether it’s some quick chicken thighs and corn on the cob, or grilled up peppers and squash with a slow smoky barbecue. Romano’s has the selection that I’m looking for, and the locally-supplied chicken is unmatched for price, serving sizes and quality. The cooler in the back has the beverages to match any menu, and the wine selection up front has something for every taste. Can’t mention Romano’s without a shout out to the deli team, they are ready to serve up fresh sliced goods or prepared dishes and sandwiches.
